This award will recognise the organisation within the financial services sector that can best demonstrate excellence in providing a professional, supportive, and inclusive workplace that fosters both career and life satisfaction for its employees. We are seeking entrants who not only promote a culture of excellence but can substantiate their achievements with tangible evidence, such as survey results or other documented impact. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • The Workplace Community: Describe how initiatives have been successful at creating a positive and inclusive workplace community, including the climate for employee engagement, effective leadership practices, and opportunities for professional growth, recognition, and mentoring.

Highlight efforts to support women’s advancement and underrepresented groups in finance.
