Winning the Diversity & Inclusion Champion award is a testament to the hard work of everybody involved in turning the dial on diversity and inclusion in our industry. It’s a journey that requires commitment and we are delighted to be on it with our employees, our clients and all our stakeholders.

As well as the awards being competitive and offering a great chance to learn from others in the industry, it's also a great night.

It raises the visibility of what we're doing and it gives us respect in the community and recognition. Gives you an opportunity to reflect on what you're doing and an opportunity to express your interests in the wider arena.

The awards are a fantastic opportunity to showcase the individual strengths of our team members, who will undoubtedly be our future business leaders, and to motivate them and others.

I am delighted to have been the winner of the first ever Women in Construction Award at the ICIA.[...]What this award can do is highlight what amazing opportunities there are in construction for women of all ages. In a similar way to how the "cant see cant be" initiative in sport has resulted in full house attendances for ladies sporting events awards like this can be a catalyst for change

I think that’s an amazing idea to recognise the achievements of all the women who support the Pharma Industry and are such an integral part of the industry, and delighted for everybody here tonight.

As a judge, the submissions people put forward showing their experience in female leadership and running teams were absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend entering these awards. Doing things like this really makes people feel empowered in the workplace, particularly for females. We need to keep doing this, we need to make women aware of the opportunities out there in Ireland.

The diversity that women bring, the opportunity that we have within our male peers, we just bring something different to the table. You can see that here tonight in everyone who has accepted an award — it comes from a vast and diverse range of experience.

I was shocked, but it's a testament to my hard work and dedication to the profession, industry and mentoring others. It is a great opportunity to network and also to recognise the great women in finance.

It's a great event and we're very flattered to be here and to be shortlisted and win this award.

There's just so many different varieties. I was surprised with all the different companies and it's just so good to see the variance in different people. It just gives you more hope.

I think listening to all the nominations and the information that was given for each one was so insightful because it gives us a view of what the best of the best is doing and how we can continue to develop and up our game and certainly make sure we're back here next year and winning more awards.

Incredible. Honestly, widespread, all different kinds of backgrounds, industries, so amazing, amazing talent in the room. I was shocked but delighted.

I was just speaking with all the women on stage and to be honest, I didn't think I was in the running at all because I really didn't expect that this calibre of women, I would even come close to. It's been great to meet all the other women and to come to the awards and see all the other companies that are so pro-women in finance. It's been a brilliant day.
